We prefer to keep our events small and personal. With a smaller group we can adapt to your specific needs on the day.
We choose our venues carefully, no draft halls, we want you to feel at home, cosy and comfortable.
We guide you through a progressive process, from physical relaxation and grounding to simple calming breathwork. We will fully support you to try more techniques, or provide alternatives to meet you where you are.Â
