I thought running was not for me – I sounded like a steam train!
When I returned to running after finally balancing my body, I was excited. But when I started I was really breathless – I sounded like a steam train! It made me feel anxious.
Changing how I breathed everyday transformed my running. I broke through limiting beliefs and started to believe I could achieve more.
So I ran my first ultra and started running in the mountains. I would not have been able to achieve that without first changing my breath.

I kept gassing out – my breath was holding me back.
I started running when I was injured and couldn’t climb. Although I was enjoying trails and ultra distance events, I kept gassing out.
I stopped more often that I wanted and worried about getting my breath. My asthma got worse when I ran.
Oxygen Advantage was the missing piece of the puzzle. Learning to breathe well helped me enjoy my running more. I haven’t had to use my asthma meds since.
