Social runs
Various weekly run sessions. Fun and social with different themes.It may be a steady chatty run, a tempo run or even intervals and hill repeats.
We can tailor for your level. All on trails.
Wednesday evenings or saturday monring / lunchtimes.

Social hikes
Monthly hikes for fun. Join us for fun trail and mountain hikes in the Lakes, Peaks or even local.
