A personalised coaching programme for runners tired of recurring injuries, niggles and stop-start training cycles.

This is not a generic running plan. We start by understanding your goals, your current challenges and what’s getting in the way. Then we build a runner who can train consistently, recover effectively and move forwards with confidence.

Over the course of the programme we combine running guidance, movement coaching and recovery support to help you address the factors underneath recurring setbacks, not just the symptoms.

What’s included:

✓ Full Body MOT assessment (90 mins)
✓ Follow-up results and planning session (60 mins)
✓ Fortnightly 1:1 coaching sessions (60–90 mins)
✓ Personalised recovery, mobility and movement programme
✓ Running guidance tailored to your goals and current capacity
✓ Training load, mileage and progression support
✓ Email support between sessions
✓ Where appropriate, outdoor sessions to practise pacing, warm-ups, recovery strategies and on-the-run skills in real-world running situations

Pay monthly – £155 per month for 5 months

By the end of the program you will:
