I help active, outdoor loving adults break free from pain or limitations, so they can move with confidence and keep doing what they love. Most of my clients have tried traditional treatments without real results. They’re tired of quick fix and have realised the limitation of pushing through. They are keen to understand the root cause of pain, learn to fix it for themselves and prevent further issues creeping in.

I combine movement, breath & lifestyle coaching  so people move freely & feel younger in their bodies. It’s not a run of the mill approach, but it’s a proven process that empowers you to take control of your body & unlock lasting resilience & vitality. Hi, I'm Julie.

I know what it feels like when your body no longer keeps up with the life you love.

For years, I pushed through—forcing my body to work hard, stay active, but ignoring the warning signs. Aches, pains, tight muscles, recurring injuries. I thought I was doing everything right—training harder, running more, pushing past discomfort. 

Until my body forced me to stop. A bulging disc, chronic tension, and a cycle of injuries left me searching for answers. I was told – its wear and tear, or to take a pill. I was not prepared to settle for that.

That’s when everything changed.

I discovered a different approach......

…One that went beyond fitness and focused on true health. 

  • Not just stronger muscles, but better movement. 
  • Not just exercise, but deep recovery. 
  • Not just pushing harder,  but listening to what my body actually needed.

Through movement, breathwork, functional training and realistic lifestyle changes, I rebuilt my body and my health from the inside out.

I went from anxious and fatigued to thriving day to day. From struggling through a half marathon to enjoying 20-mile adventures in the mountains and completing an ultra-marathon.

I felt better, moved better, and lived with more energy and intention than ever before.
