Keep Running Reset
What if getting injured wasn’t just part of being a runner?
It’s easy to accept the cycle. Tape up the niggles. Get injured. Get treatment. Do the rehab. Start running again.
Until the next injury.
Perhaps you’ve been through it so many times you’ve started wondering whether your body just isn’t cut out for running anymore.
But what if there’s another way?
No one can promise you’ll never get injured again. That’s unrealistic.
But you can learn how to build a body that can handle more of what you love doing.
That’s what the Keep Running Reset is about.
Over 16 weeks, we’ll explore how you move, train and recover, and what might be keeping you stuck in the same cycle.
- We’ll start rebuilding the movement skills your body may be missing, not just adding strength on top of the same old movement habits.
- We’ll look at how to tackle hills and downhills without the same areas taking all the strain
- Build mileage without running yourself into the ground and get fitter without every session becoming another hard effort.
- You’ll learn to spot problems early so you can nip them in the bud
- Adapt your training when life or your body demands it and understand why the best plan isn’t always the one that looks perfect on paper.
- Learn how to use HRV, resting heart rate and how you actually feel to understand your recovery and make better training decisions.
And expect a few lightbulb moments about the habits you didn’t even realise were contributing to your problems.
The goal? Fewer setbacks, more consistent running and a body that’s better equipped for the miles and adventures ahead.
