I’m supported by my partner Phil, a biomechanics specialist with deep expertise in foot function and gait. His insights help us refine movement patterns from the ground up, literally.

Together, we bring a whole-person, practical approach that integrates breath, movement skill, and nervous system support so your body works with you, not against you.
