I learned the hard way that healing and performance aren’t opposites, they’re part of the same journey.

After healing from injuries and burnout myself, I realised most people aren’t failing – they’re just missing the right map and support.

With recovery at the centre of my lifestyle & training, I went from struggling round a half marathon to running ultra distance and in the mountains……without breaking down, without fatigue, without chronic anxiety.

I’m a mountain runner, boulderer, partner to Jules.  I love photography and video creation, I make all our adventure videos, you can check them out on our socials.

As a competitive athlete, I pushed hard and thought pain was normal and inevitable….

I learnt that moving, training in harmony with my body actually got better results. 

Oh and I beat asthma, no more inhalers just the power of my breath.

Why we started Your Peak Potential

We were  tired of seeing people fall through the cracks — doing all the “right” things, but still ending up in pain, overwhelmed, or giving up.

Now, we love helping people move better, breathe easier, and build lasting resilience, using breath, movement skill, strength, and smarter recovery tools. This isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about training with your body, not against it.
