Remote full body MOT - £75

A guided online version of the MOT process.
If you can’t get to the studio, this option gives you the same professional insight from home. You’ll complete a short call and questionnaire, then send simple posture photos and movement videos for review.

Before your appointment
Feel heard – give us a full picture of the problem. How it’s impacting your life, physically and mentally.
What would a good result look like? How would it feel? What would an AMAZING result look like?
Then you will recieve an email with everything you need to know to feel comfortable at your appointment.
What we do
Come on in, have a lovely cup of Mission tea. You will be guided through the process. We will:
- Spend 75 minutes taking you through a structured process
- Take photos of your posture (front, rear, side)
- Look at how you move
- Measure pelvis tilt, spine curves and scapula positions
- Measure how you move at your key joints
- Assess your breath patterns
- Use technology to measure your nervous system patterns
Everything will be tailored to where you are. If there is anything you are not comfortable to do then you just let us know.

Your MOT Includes our analysis time – we spend between 2 and 3 hours analysing every MOT.
You will be invited to a consultation session – either on a video call or in the studio, whichever works best for you.

Hi I'm Julie, I know how it feels to be in pain

I was fit & active, even teaching yoga but had painful injury after painful injury!
Doctors said it was “wear & tear”. Their solution – take pain killers. I had all the hands on treatments & it helped symptoms. But it didn’t fix the cause.
