How I came to this unique process
I’m Julie, your Movement and recovery coach.
I’ve lived with fatigue, aches and pains, injuries and that background hum of stress you just can’t switch off. i know the the frustration of thinking you are doing everything right but still feel stuck.
What I teach now is the result of years of unlearning, through research, real-world experience and deep personal work. I’ve built something that treats the whole person, not just the symptoms.
