Movement & Recovery Coaching for active people who want to keep moving but feel held back by recurring aches and niggles
Once you’ve had your full body MOT, this is where we start to change how your body actually works.
Most people arrive here already doing a lot
training, stretching, trying to stay consistent
But things still don’t add up
aches come back, progress stalls, or your body doesn’t feel reliable
Over the 8 weeks you will:
- feel how much unnecessary effort your body is using and how that can build into tightness, fatigue and recurring aches”
- learn how to reduce unnecessary effort and muscle tension so movement feels easier and more stable
- see how a busy day creates more muscle tension and how to reduce it in a few minutes, not 30 minutes of stretching”
- start to catch problems earlier and know what to do next
By the end you will:
- start to move with less tension and effort
- feel more in control of how your body responds day to day, rather than it feeling unpredictable
- have simple tools you can actually use
- better understand what’s been driving the cycle
By the end, you’ll have a clear sense of whether this approach is right for you and if you want to carry on, simple tools to keep using, and an understanding of how to build from here
