If you feel wired but tired, stuck in fatigue, or caught in stop-start cycles with training, this assessment looks at your nervous system rather than your movement.
This is not a fitness test – it’s a battery check so you can see outputs versus recovery.
In this 60-minute session we assess:

Where energy is leaking or bracing is happening
You’ll leave with:
